H. Khairul, M.Kes, memimpin Kegiatan Jumpa Pagi Pemerintah Kota Tarakan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kegiatan rutin bulanan ini turut dihadiri oleh Wakil Wali Kota Tarakan, Ibnu Saud Is, Para Asisten, serta Kepala
